I saw this interesting all-original final-year C3 with 77,000 miles on an eBay auction today.
This Corvette has been owned by a collector since 2001 and has always been garaged and serviced regularly. The listing states that it is completely original with no modifications.
It shows very nicely with “older paint” that has held up well through time. There is no mention whether this is the original factory paint. The ad says there have been no repairs and no cracks in the exterior, although there are some chips around the nose and rear wheel wells that have been touched up.
The sellers claims that the 5.7L cross-fire injected V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. The automatic transmission shifts properly and the brakes are in good working condition.
The leather interior looks to be in very good condition with only nominal normal wear and the seats have been recently reupholstered and look like new.
Other than the seats, the interior is original so it does have some wear. The door panels have a few surface racks and general wear but there are no stains, cuts, or cracks.
Overall, this looks like a pretty nice Corvette that at this writing has bidding at $10,500. and looks like it has attracted a lot of attention from interested parties. It’s located in West Babylon, New York.
